"I recently ordered a toner cartridge from mouse2house because they were the cheapest by quite a long way and postage was free. The original delivery was sent next day but because of a mix up with the courier (DPD) the item was returned to mouse2house. The problem was sorted out very quickly and the toner cartridge was redelivered free of charge. The only annoyance was that I had to pick up the item from the couriers depot. The DPD collection office said that it's their normal policy is not to leave items with neighbours unless you (or mouse2house) explicitly tell them this is OK. All in all the service was good even with the small problem I had. Mouse2House online tracking could be improved - I had to email mouse2house to get courier details.
