How to return a product to us
If you have a faulty or incorrect product then please follow the instructions on these pages:

PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE CHECK THAT THE PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR YOU AND YOUR PC or PRINTER BEFORE OPENING THE PACKAGE YOU RECEIVE FROM US. AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE PACKAGE WE CAN NOT RESELL THE PRODUCT AND SO CAN NOT REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE.

Here is a summary of our returns policy:

1. If your product is found to be faulty after we have carried out some lab tests we will offer you the choice of either a full refund or a replacement product, plus we will fully refund the cost of postage back to us.

2. If we have sent you the wrong product (from the one that you ordered on our website or over the phone) we will offer you the choice of either a full refund or a replacement product, plus we will fully refund the cost of postage back to us.

3. If you have opened the package and then realize you have ordered the wrong product we unfortunately can not offer a refund, as per our terms and conditions

4. If you have ordered the wrong product and realize before you have opened the package then we can offer to replace the product with a 15% (of current retail price) restocking fee and will not be able to refund the postage back to us.
