What do we mean by a UK Mainland Address?

Our definition of UK mainland for delivery purposes includes England, Scotland and Wales. Offshore rates will vary.

Delivery Information

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are Dispatched by our new courier, FedEx. If you are not there to receive your delivery, you will be left a card explaining what to do. In most cases you are able to contact the carrier and agree another delivery day or collect it yourself from their nearest depot at a time more convenient to you.

How long will it take to arrive?

Most items are Dispatched from stock for next day delivery, however this is not guaranteed as it depends on stock availability and when your order is placed, see stock availability & Dispatch. Please allow up to 5 working days for Dispatch allowing for any discrepancies.

Delivery times to offshore addresses may take a little longer and delivery to BFPO addresses are dependent on British Forces Post Office schedules.

Where can I have my order delivered?

Payment by credit or debit card

Deliveries can be made to your billing address or an alternative delivery address.

If you require an urgent delivery or foresee a problem with delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Payment by cheque or postal order

If you are paying by cheque or postal order, you can have your order delivered to any UK address of your choice.

Schools and Government Organizations

If you are a School or any other Government Organization you can have your order delivered to the appropriate department but this must be stated on the official purchase order and you must provide the name of a person as the recipient, see eProcument for Schools.

BFPO Addresses

We are happy to deliver to BFPO addresses, but please ensure the following information is provided:

1. Service Number, Rank and Name in the name field
2. Regiment in the address fields
3. BFPO number in the postcode field

 

Stock Availability

Our product range consists of 1000's of items, most of which are available for immediate Dispatch. If an item you have ordered is not available within our stated Dispatch time limits, we will contact you to make appropriate arrangements, if the delayed delivery date for the item is not acceptable to you, you will be able to cancel the order. Where an unavailable item is a part of a larger order, we will Dispatch your order with the unavailable item to follow within our stated time limits, if this is not possible the above will apply.

In the event that a "Compatible" branded item is not available at the time of your order, we may substitute the item ordered with another brand of equal or higher value to avoid unnecessary delay. The same does not apply to "Original" branded goods.

Order Dispatch

Accepted orders received by 4pm Mon-Fri are normally Dispatched on the same day, orders received after 4pm Mon-Fri, over the weekend, or over bank holidays are normally Dispatched the following working day. Orders are normally Dispatched by FedEx 1st Class Recorded service for smaller orders and Next Day Courier service for larger ones.

Please note that FedEx 1st Class service does not guarantee next day delivery, if you require urgent delivery please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Delivery times are approximate and given in good faith. Whilst every endeavour will be made to meet the times given, this may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

On over 98% of occasions FedEx and our couriers do an excellent job of delivering the next day, however every now and then gremlins prevent this from happening. As a guidance, if you have not received your order within 5 clear working days of placing your order, please contact us to check your order was Dispatched correctly.

NB. Before you contact us please double check that no one else has accepted your delivery for you and forgot to tell you, this happens a lot!

If your order was shipped by a courier, we will chase it up immediately for you.
