Pleasing your boss can be a tough task for anyone, so we’ve come up with an idea on how to cut costs in your business/company, simply by switching to recycled inks and toners.
Switching to recycled inks and toners at your workplace can save you and your company as much as 70% compared to the cost of the original brand cartridges. As far as the quality is concerned, the recycled cartridges are guaranteed to give you the same quality as the original inks and toners, with next working day replacements and 100% of your money back if you’re not completely happy. The only thing your boss might notice will be a considerable difference in his outgoing costs.
Using recycled inks and toners will also have a positive environmental effect, as currently 55 million used toner cartridges go into UK landfills each year. You can help stop this by switching to recycled inks and toners, where 93% of the casing is recycled.
Mouse2House recycled inks and toners come with a one year guarantee:
- Same quality as the originals
- Up to 70% cheaper
- 100% money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with your cartridges
- 93% recycled cartridge casing
- Next working day replacements
- Friendly and helpful customers service team on hand, 5 days a week.

Nowadays, companies are looking at ways to cut costs especially when it comes to office consumables. Inks and toners particularly can become a major cost to firms as cartridges can literally ‘run the budget dry’. However, shopping comparison sites are a good way to find the cartridges you need at a price to suit your budget.
Comparison sites allow you to sift through lots of different competitors in a short space of time. They are arranged so you can easily see the brand and price, allowing you to sort the results in relevance to your search, or sort in price from low to high or vice versa. Some online shops though have seemingly attractive prices, but it’s not until you get to the checkout page that delivery and VAT prices are included, so beware!
When shopping for inks and toners online, there are a number of things to look out for:
- The price offered by different online stores
- The quality of the product
- Whether the products are original, compatible or remanufactured
- The company you are buying from – their customer service skills, delivery times, VAT and delivery prices.
Price comparison at Mouse2House

Here at Mouse2House, we provide our customers with a price comparison between original and recycled original cartridges. The price comparison shows the difference in price between the two products so you can instantly know how much you save by buying the recycled original toners.
We sell both original and recycled original toners. The recycled original toners are empty original toner cartridges that have been professionally remanufactured by our suppliers GreenTech to give the same quality as the originals. We offer a 100% money back guarantee with these with next working day replacements.

Printing costs can be pretty steep, so cutting the costs on inks and toners is vital for helping your business save money.
Buying inks and toners online can save you a significant amount of money because online retailers can offer you the discounted prices due to the smaller business overheads, without the need for a physical location. This also saves you money on petrol you would have used if you were driving to a nearby shop to buy inks and toners.

The advantages of buying inks and toners online, is that many companies offer free delivery (some even do free next day delivery!) and in some cases you may get special discounts on buying cartridges in bulk.
The disadvantages of buying you printing supplies online though are that you can’t see the items physically, and so you unable to fully assess the quality of the product. Secondly if you required a product on an urgent basis, it’s not ideal to buy online as little or no online retailers offer same day delivery. However, proper planning and ordering in advance can help you get the delivery on time.
Mouse2House is an online office computer supplies store, which offers both original and recycled original ink and toner cartridges suitable for a wide range of printers at competitive prices. Our recycled original cartridges are up to 70% cheaper than the originals and are guaranteed to offer the same quality. They come with a next working day replacement service and a 100% money back guarantee. These cartridges are from our suppliers GreenTech, who professionally remanufacture empty originals at their warehouse in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Their remanufactured inks and toners provide the same print quality and page yield as the original and come with money back guarantee.

It’s easy to get confused between the two – both appear to be the same, but their prices can differ greatly. So, as ever, we’re here to help uncover the two products.
Original HP Toners
The original HP toner is manufactured by the printer brand (Hewlett Packard) itself, known as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). This original HP toner is generally more expensive compared to the recycled original HP toner. It has an average fault rate of 2-3%.

Hp Toner
Recycled Original HP Toner
A recycled original HP toner produces the exact same print quality as the original. It is made from an empty original cartridge, which is then professionally remanufactured to produce the recycled original HP toner. These toners have an average fault rate of 1-2%. (more…)

“It uses Ultrachrome K3 with vivid magenta pigment ink, along with Epson’s MicroPiezo AMC™ print head to give a maximum resolution of 5670 x 1440,” according to a press release by Epson America. “It features a Hi-Speed USB 2.0, wireless 802.11n and 100 Mbit Ethernet support for better connectivity, for both wired and wireless networks.”
The Epson R3000 photo printer will be available for sale in March at a suggested price of US$849 (£530) with a one-year limited warranty in the America and Canada.
“Epson has also announced the cartridge prices; £24.35 (inc. VAT) each”. This may seem like a relatively small number, but to fit you out with a complete set of nine cartridges will cost users £219.15 (inc. VAT). Therefore you are practically paying for half your printer again in cartridges. :/

Printer cartridge yield or page yield is the number of pages you can print with a given printer and inkjet or toner cartridge.
How Page Yield Is Calculated?
Manufacturers usually report page yield using “5% area coverage” method. This is usually not a lot of print on a page. Typically only a short memo is at 5% coverage. If you are printing letters, using A4 size paper, printing photos, web pages or doing any kind of graphics, your coverage will vary greatly and the page yield to drop significantly. (more…)

If you’re looking to buy a new printer, then this is the post for you as we dish out some handy tips on choosing the right one. However, to keep our boss happy, the links you click will be directed back to our main site.
If you’re going to buy a laser printer for your home business, the amount of choices you have for laser printing will be vast. However, it is important to remember that the lowest priced laser printer is probably not the best option. Then again the most expensive laser printer may not be the right choice either.

One of the first things you should do when deciding on which laser printer to buy is to come up with a budget. Find out the average price range for laser printers and see what features your budget can afford. Remember that toner cartridges will also need to be factored into the equation. Colour laser printers cost more money, as do the colour toner cartridges. (more…)
